What is H.E.A.T.?
The HEAT Program provides year-round energy and water assistance as well as energy and water-related crisis assistance for eligible low income households throughout Utah. You may qualify for a heating benefit October through September and water assistance when you apply for the HEAT Program.
Water Assistance
Have you received a notice that your water will be shut off, or has it already been shut off? The HEAT Program may be able to help. In addition to assistance with heating and cooling, HEAT helps eligible households with water assistance on a limited basis.
